Progression samples
Small 20–50cl samples drawn from the cask as it matures — one per seat, for each of this year's twelve. Available once the cask is laid down in our bond and has had at least six months in the wood. After that, request one any time — on demand, drawn and shipped in about ten days, or timed to arrive for a date that matters. A ready-made reason to sit with your client and mull over how it's coming along. You can also request from any cask's record above.

The years are long. The glass needn't be empty.

From the day a cask is laid down, ownership carries an annual allocation of the Flying Tumbler range — delivered every year on the cask's anniversary, right up to the homecoming. Whiskey to gift, share and host with, from the very first year. It arrives without anyone lifting a finger; your clients simply receive it, with their name on the manifest.

4
Your twelve seats open the moment you reserve — start seating holders from your VIP list straight away and get your Circle turning. From the day it's filled, the annual programme fee begins by direct debit, and your Homecoming pot alongside it — a monthly direct debit building toward Ireland from the first month, and the cask joins the rotation and tasting room. The rotation

Every cask the firm holds seats twelve at each tasting — and there's a tasting roughly every six months. Before each one you re-cast the twelve: bring in a fresh group, roll people over, or pull past holders back. Every seat gets that tasting's 5cl progression sample, full pours of the range — the Bird, the Roller and the Tippler — a 70cl bottle to take home, and portal access. Reach compounds fast — a fresh twelve twice a year reaches {{ rotLifeReach }} or more across the cask's life. The maturing whiskey isn't spoken for up front — you decide who receives those bottles at bottling.

The Reserve

Your own cask is only ever one tap. The Reserve is the other — our working library of young single-cask finishes, pilot casks and new-make curiosities, drawn straight from the warehouse at Larch Grove. It’s young, like us, and it grows as we do: there’s always something new coming off the still or out of a fresh octave, so no two tastings ever pour the same thing twice. Bottling & allocation

At maturity the cask is hand-bottled at Larch Grove and yields a finite number of bottles. This is where you decide who receives them — split the run across the stakeholders who held a seat over the cask's life, and keep a reserve for the business. Nothing is fixed until you confirm at bottling.

The corporate offsite · Larch Grove, Co. Carlow

The wider week

Nobody flies to Ireland for one day.

A chapter is one day at the bond. Around it you build the rest — the championship links on your bearing, the castles and country houses, the coast. The Homecoming prices and books the whole week; the cask is simply the reason everyone said yes.

A guided tasting, hosted wherever suits — a partner wine & spirits store, your office, a place of your choosing, or over video. Your first tasting pours the Flying Tumbler range (the Roller, the Tippler and the Bird); once your cask is filled, every tasting after draws progression samples from your own barrel. The aim is simple: get your clients in a room together — some in person, some joining remotely.

Account
Billing & payments
Reservations, annual allocations and trip payments across the firm — reservation invoices via Xero, the annual fee by direct debit.
How payments work
Your reservation invoice is issued by Flying Tumbler. The simplest way to settle it is a standard bank transfer to our account for that currency (details below, and on your invoice) — no fees, no account to set up. Just quote your invoice number as the reference. Prefer card or Apple / Google Pay? Use the Pay via Wise button on any row (a small card fee applies). The annual programme fee (€550/yr) is then collected automatically by direct debit once your cask is filled.

This is your up-front reservation figure; the {{ careLabel }}/yr programme fee begins once the cask is filled. Bottling, duty & shipping settle later if you choose to bottle. An experience & keepsake — not a financial product, and it carries no return.
A Circle tasting together
Cask {{ reserveRef }} reserved
Your Circle is live. Now put it to work.

Don’t wait for the cask to mature to bring your clients in. Your first tasting pours the Flying Tumbler range — the Roller, the Tippler and the Bird — hosted at a partner store near you, your office, or over video. Get everyone in a room while your cask fills.

Once your cask is filled, every tasting after draws progression samples from your own barrel — tasting it grow up, year on year.
