Small 20–50cl samples drawn from the cask as it matures — one per seat, for each of this year's twelve. Available once the cask is laid down in our bond and has had at least six months in the wood. After that, request one any time — on demand, drawn and shipped in about ten days, or timed to arrive for a date that matters. Before each one you re-cast the twelve: bring in a fresh group, roll people over, or pull past holders back. Every seat gets that tasting's 5cl progression sample, full pours of the range — the Bird, the Roller and the Tippler — a 70cl bottle to take home, and portal access.
